How does local pickup work?
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive pickup instructions by email. Local porch pickup is available in the Collinsville/Owasso area.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes. Many products are available for shipping within the U.S.
Can elderberry syrup be shipped?
No. Elderberry syrup is refrigerated and currently available for local pickup only to ensure freshness and quality.
DIY elderberry kits are available for shipping so you can make the same syrup fresh at home by simply adding honey.
Are your products handmade?
Yes 🤍 Everything is handcrafted in small batches by me with thoughtfully chosen ingredients and lots of love.
What ingredients do you use?
I use simple and intentionally chosen ingredients, including organic ingredients and Young Living essential oils in my products.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! Feel free to email me if you’re looking for something specific or have a custom request.
Do you still accept orders through Facebook or Instagram?
Absolutely. You can always message me directly through Facebook or Instagram to place an order.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of handmade and wellness products, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and I’ll always do my best to help make it right.

Do you offer wholesale?
Yes 😊 Select Mended products are available for wholesale in shops, wellness spaces, and boutiques. If you’re interested in carrying Mended products, please reach out through email or social media for more information.
How long do orders take to be ready?
Most orders are ready within 2–5 business days, though timing may vary depending on product availability, markets, and small batch production.
Where can I shop Mended locally?
Select products can also be found in local Oklahoma shops and wellness spaces. Follow along on social media for restocks and current locations.
Are your products safe for children or during pregnancy?
Because everyone’s needs and sensitivities are different, please consult with your healthcare provider if you have questions regarding pregnancy, breastfeeding, children, allergies, or medical conditions.
