This elderberry syrup was one of the very first products that inspired Mended With Nature. Years ago, my family started making elderberry syrup for my 94-year-old great grandma during a time she wasn’t feeling well, and it quickly became something we loved keeping in our home.

Suggested Use:
Daily wellness support:
• Adults: 1 tbsp daily
• Children over 1 year: 1 tsp daily

At the first sign of illness: Take recommended serving every 3–4 hours as needed.
